The Deal: We drop the Corporate Tax Rate to 0% for companies that build here, hire here, and invest here.
The Trade: In exchange, we ban Stock Buybacks. Companies can no longer burn cash to pump their stock price. They must spend that money on Higher Wages, New Factories, or R&D.
Result: An explosion of high-paying American jobs.
2. THE "MATH" SHIFT: Paying Off the National Debt

We stop borrowing from our grandchildren. The Act creates a National Debt Redemption Fund.
New revenue from a Billionaire Minimum Tax and a Luxury VAT goes into a "Lockbox" that only pays down debt. Politicians can’t touch it.
3. THE "PATRIOTISM" SHIFT: A Social Contract for the 21st Century

32-Hour Work Week: Modern technology makes us more productive. It’s time for a 4-day work week with no cut in pay.
AmeriCare: A public option that caps your healthcare costs at 5% of your income. No more $6,000 deductibles.
Housing for Families, Not Hedge Funds: Institutional investors must sell their single-family rental empires. First dibs go to first-time homebuyers and local families.
Childcare Cap: No family pays more than 7% of their income for childcare.
