As residents of the Sunterra community in Katy, Texas, we pay significant HOA fees for the enjoyment of amenities which were major attractions when choosing this location for our families. It's frustrating and disappointing that we are not receiving the full benefit for which we have been paying. Promises of year-round access to the lagoon and other amenities that remain unfulfilled, significantly diminishing the value and enjoyment we were led to expect.
