List developed with Paul – some topics on notice below
1. JESSICA FRASER – re assault charges and ADVOs: her stated training, to allow parents access
to the child yet denied it: parents held on assault charges and ADVOs for (11) eleven
months. Charges, ADVOs dismissed 12 September 2025.
2. VERITY O’BRIEN – introduced speculation of DV father.
3. KRISTY LUIFAU – observed parents’ relationship to be not characteristic of DV.
4. GRACE EVERINGHAM – what are her qualifications? Aboriginal concession? No degree?;
apparently placed Aboriginal witchcraft targeting tool under Hariet’s car seat door and
outside of working hours to “spiritually” secure Hariet, a white child; apparently identified
Paul falsely as “Anglo-Australian” but never asked Paul but tried to coercively force false DV
“confession” from mother with henchman Caleb sitting across from mother; revamped DV
father without ever asking Paul; apparently called on Aboriginal Nicole and Aboriginal Caleb
Sullivan to accompany her at the hospital, only then she physically took Hariet away;
instigated GP health concerns above and beyond the Blue Book but never asked for the Blue
Book; what are her medical qualifications.
5. BAILLIE GIBSON – refused to advise on Grace Everingham’s qualifications; refused to receive
NSW Health Blue Book from Paul Kamlade, Hariet’s father; authorised police ram entry of
our private home 31 July 2024; she authorised the s173 order; authorised assumption order;
was the single receiver for Dubbo Base Hospital medical report/s 5 August 2024; denied
there was a physiotherapy report by Luci Ferguson, expressed January her own medical call
that Hariet “may never walk”, apparently medically unsubstantiated since 29 July 2024;
what are her medical qualifications?; blocked mother-instigated Tresillian appointments
apparently as they did not involve constant and continual DCJ supervision and surveillance
of the parents during the appointment times and showed active parental medical
instigation; premediated block of parent-child relationship numerously.
6. CALEB SULLIVAN – first thing he declared to Paul, bullying Paul: “I AM THE ABORIGINAL
LIAISON OFFICER!” loudly in the public patient paediatric ward and while wearing an
inappropriate rather colourful black power fist salute t-shirt; apparently called in as muscle
by Grace Everingham on that day 1 August 2024, a thickset man; he bullied and taunted
Paul, saying something close to “What we’ve got trumps anything you’ve got!” across public
paediatric ward and in front of patients, adults and children; and physically blocked Paul
while Paul held Hariet safe; suspected paedophile; declared falsely “WE ARE HARIET’S
PARENTS NOW!” to the parents in first traumatic post-removal meeting with DCJ in DCJ office, while seated closely next to Everingham across the desk; never checked with Paul any
DV questions man-to-man.
7. STANLEY WHITE – Hariet developed a fever with full thrush under DCJ “care of the Minister”
which required emergency hospital visit; parents thought it was sexual assault and reported
it to NSW Dubbo Police; they apparently contacted Mr. Stanley White who then blocked the
investigation within an afternoon by email; suspected paedophile.
8. S173 PHYSIOTHERAPIST LUCI FERGUSON – undertook physiotherapy on Hariet on 1 August
2024 with parents there; stated to the parents that “Hariet is tracking along well”; later
refused to provide physiotherapy report to parents directly saying we’d have to ask DCJ
when Baillie Gibson was denying the existence of such report and that report was never
given to the honourable court; THE S173 PHYSIOTHERAPIST’S REPORT REMAINS
OUTSTANDING NOW FOR 13 MONTHS, WHEN IT FULLY CONTRADICTS THE MEDICAL
ASSUMPTION. WITH THE BLUE BOOK, THE WITHHELD PHYSIOTHERAPIST’S REPORT REFUSES
THE ASSUMPTION.
9. S173 PAEDIATRIC REGISTRAR DR. JAMIE HULLICK – suspected paedophile; signalled DV on
Paul in his “Examination Summary for DCJ” by use of literary terms; mother observed that he
flirted with Hariet on 31 July 2024; he stated that he was going to do a “developmental
check” but forced the mother to undress Hariet in front of him when this has previously
never been part of a developmental check – he is a peep; Hullick lectured the mother on
how good doctors are and how necessary they are for pregnancy and birth, all this in front of
Grace Everingham and Nicole, both bulky women compared to the mother and who blocked
the doorway of the tiny back room they had sequestered the mother and her baby into in
the emergency department of Dubbo Base Hospital; mother raised Blue Book, Hullick did not
request to see it; 1 August 2024 father disputed background information received by Hullick,
Hullick shouted at father angrily “That’s what I was given!” again apparently concealing Blue
Book; apparently deceitfully fudged the developmental check on leg weight-bearing: he held
Hariet under her arms faced away from him and over his lap, faced towards her mother and
a couch, so Hariet did not push down with her legs; before doing this he had stated
something like, “..just going to do this one a little bit different this time..”; ganged up against
Paul by referring to him derogatorily as “Jack” in the “Examination Summary for DCJ” which
falsely states “limited information from Jack” to infer falsified DV-related withholding; uses
“February” falsely (against July S173) to assert five-month parental medical noncompliance
re “hip creases” when no clinic visit occurred at that time (as per Blue Book) – this is in line
with another equally false statement by Hullick that Hariet had the gross development of a
three-month-old, when paired it’s a false medical history; Hullick did not test “pulling to
stand” nor were there any “toys” in that back room; misleading statement that “eparing this
statement, we do not have access to any previous finding/s or information from the NSW
Department of Community…ice, other health services or other agencies.” Hullick notes
‘Hepzibah [sic] told me that they had been monitoring her…opment using the “blue book”.’
But did not request it from the mother. However he is doubly lying as he states that “asked
to examine Harriet [sic] due to concerns that she required a medical examination and had
not been seen by a medical…ioner at any time during her lifetime, including at birth.” This
information was not given to him by the mother, apparently it was given to him by
Everingham along with falsely alleged DV on “Jack”. 10. S173 PAEDIATRICIAN DR. CHRIS KARYADIGUNA – suspected paedophile; did whatever DCJ
wanted; said the developmental checks were done “by benchmark” but did not put this into
the “Examination Summary for DCJ” when he reviewed it; deflected from background
information Blue Book by stating something like, “I don’t know about the legal stuff” on 1
August 2024; BWV available; under Karyadiguna, Hariet had parentally unsupervised X-ray
frog pose, blood test on hand with massive bruising and urinary vaginal collection device
affixed without either parent there.
11. DR. JACQUELINE ASKWITH – apparently has scheduled an MRI on perfectly healthy baby
Hariet; blithely mentioned breathing apparatus to be stuck on Hariet’s vocal chords and
anesthetic (see EMILIA OBUSAN case for relevant potential risks); made Hariet cry 20
Feberuary 2024 with harsh manner, demanded mother to stop comforting Hariet, saying
sternly something like “PUT HER DOWN!! PUT HER DOWN!!”; traumatised baby and her
mother
12. NICOLA EGGLESTON – 20 February write up wrote that she did not see Hariet’s first steps
but she was on a personal phone call (she did not disclose this in her notes from the day);
wrote Paul’s assertion that if Hariet walks in 4 months waiting period to MRI then there
wouldn’t be a need for it but did not write that Paul had said it; almost reversed over
mother’s foot with car doors open while mother was putting Hariet in car seat at Tresillian
appointment
13. CAMILLE GODBER – refused to access and review with the father: Baillie Gibson’s falsified
letter to the parents re 20 February write up by Nicola Eggleston; deflected from discussing
Blue Book when raised by the father in 11 August 2025 meeting
14. JENNIFER ELLIS – falsely wrote that the parents had kidnapped and abducted Hariet
