On 9th December, Derbyshire Dales District Councillors will meet to determine whether Matlock Bath Station Coach and Car Park will remain as a temporary tolerated traveller site. Currently it can be used as intended for coaches and cars but at anytime while it remains a TTTS travellers could be housed here. 

We need all the support we can get before and at this meeting to persuade Councillors to remove the TTTS status from this site.

Copies of the petition will be presented to the meeting. 

Before then we need to add as many names as we can with reasons for signing.  Any messages of support for our campaign should be sent to Travellers@derbyshiredales.gov.uk  If anyone wishes to speak at the meeting they need to register with DDDC before noon on Friday 6th.

As there are only four or five sites on the shortlist and DDDC needs at least two it will be difficult but we must try.
