As our supporter numbers climb slowly to 500 - currently 490, the website total is wrong - we have now learned that no meeting of the council committee that decides on sites is due for nearly 2 months - on 21st November!! This means that there is little likelihood of the site being returned to its proper use this year. 

Again Derbyshire Dales District Council are just leaving the issue to fester and continue to cause more problems in our village.

Even when the coach and car park become available again, it will take time and effort to ensure that all possible precautions are in place to ensure that the Station Car and Coach Park’s future users will only  be tourists, residents and rail passengers.

This inaction and procrastination just will not do - the village has said 'Enough is enough' and we need actions.

Please help all you can to promote our petition and let us see if we can get another 500 signatures!!
