Please note that after step two, final step was to appeal. As you can see errors of these legal submissions; I was approved and issued two different dates with same card information. 

Since my APPROVED APPEALS and ACTIVE IVPE FINGERPRINT Clearance Card; I've been fingerprinted THREE different times by THREE  different employers and Fingerprint Licensed Locations.

PRE-GED Study Predictors Test and Scores.

My scores show I'm ready to be scheduled as a Nex Examiner for the Test Exam and I also received certificates of all four subjects scoring 500 on the Pre-GED STUDY Predictor Exam Test.

Rio Salado Incarcerated GED Coordinator kept refusing me.

I assume this Incarcerated Predictor Pre-Exam GED is TABE 11 ALL by either Rio Salado College or Maricopa Community College.

 

 

Dr. Lattimore Incarcerated Rio Salado College GED Coordinator of Perryville Prison refused to put me on GED Exam. "I quote" says I had to score 500 in order to test. I received my Predictor Award Certificate passing the Pre-GED Assessment Test. 

 

Next are my siblings Ramon Luna Bueno whom received his GED Transcripts in Cochise County Douglas Unit and was in Prison the years of 2005; 2006 and 2007...it's where he earned his Diploma and Graduated his GED in the OLD COMPUTER SYSTEMS AND PROGRAMS APPLICATIONS of Microsoft Windows 2003 and/or 2007.

This 2002 High School Equivalent GED Transcripts of Windows 2003 has UPGRADED & REVISED 3 to 4 times.

I'm using my brothers Receipt of his Report Card and Incarcerated GED Transcripts for evidence and changes that were made towards the new GED Windows 10/11 Upgrade of Education Computer Applications down below. Unfortunately I DO NOT have access to his Predictor PRE-GED Study Test.

I graduated Basic Computer Technology Usage and Applications Level II in 2014 and Advanced Computer Technology Usage and Applications Level II in 2015 while completing my 2011 Aggravated DUI incarcerated/imprisonment sentencing at Ladies Perryville Prison; along with other classes ordered and not ordered by the courts! Also a Literacy Test while in RNA in 2006!

Regardless what College you went to your Associates have about five Terms which are affiliated and includes RESTRICTED Microsoft (MISC), Excel and PowerPoint (Google Docs)Apps both Rio Salado/A Maricopa Community College and Maricopa Community Colleges. 

Rio Salado College has a GED Situation or any College Community, University and/or Otherwise that offer GED(General Education Development) for ADULTS, High School Equivalency. There is a new student portal app.

If you pay attention to the amount of credits and units it not giving me in hours. Please be aware too that in picking retail it attacks Retirement instead of hourly production. ATM cashier debit/credit it charges extra. When I went to class it paid me that amount incarceration it's called WIPP.

Inmates take a 4 Subjects test which I passes in 2006. We either don't leave RNA or earn to receive early release or not all explained. Like possibly a test where High School/GED can be skipped to move forward and on to COLLEGE.

As I've said up above the Education I've earned while Incarcerated; I tested in College Mathematics/English of and was supposed to receive my Original Copy Printout Work Subject Assessment for Math91/Eng101. It should partner with my Basic/Advanced Computer Technology Degrees after completing all 4 Subjects to receive an Associates Degree, so that I can further my Education of Business on a Bachelor's and/or Master's Degree Manufacturer and Distribution!

 

 

As you can see both my Basic-Advanced Computer Usage and Applications Graded Scores in Units/missing Hours. I'm missing two scores C on each Level I and II. Per App Booklet and Internet App Usage.

 

While in incarcerated GED and Computer Classes, I also took a pre-exam in Mathematics and Language Arts/English registered to earn a General Associates Degree. I was awaiting for an education documents for Mathematics 91 and English 101 packet/package to be mailed in as well. We DO NOT receive college textbooks only original copy print of paperwork course assignments. Incarcerated students handwrite all Subjects courses. We pre-test and color in a bubble sheet for both GED and College Studies.

I met with Counselor Michelle and Susan Hobins Adult Ace Program Coordinator to also pre-register or register, nothing happened been waiting to further my college education while arguing my GED of many errors. No guidance or anything!

These scores should be between 0-300 with starting average passing score at 150 the new changes that were made; instead 400-500.

If you recall Department of Economic Security DES also used to do Fingerprinting to confirm identity when on Welfare Services.

It’s very possible that all past graduates completed work assignments and scores Reiterated to the New Version with a new document identity number. Mind you regardless that you business offices are trying to figure out the New Windows 10 & Windows 11; our Arizona State Board Revenue are still working in Windows 2003 and/or Windows 2007! If you try to GED Test from home computer the OS SYSTEM basically doesn't connect.
