I have been a fan of Monkie Kid for as long as I can remember. The animation, originally done by FlyingBark, was what first drew me to the show. It was unique, vibrant, and brought the characters to life in a way that truly captivated me. However, recent changes have seen WildBrain take over these duties and it has deeply affected my enjoyment of this beloved series.

Monkie Kid is more than just an animated series; it's a fictional world that many of us have grown attached to. The change in animation style has not only impacted the visual appeal but also disrupted the continuity (they’ve been especially angry about it all) and familiarity we had with the characters and their beautifully crafted universe. 

FlyingBark has a proven track record in delivering high-quality animations. Their work on Monkie Kid was well-received by many people, even excluding the expected audience in china, which is evident from various online forums and social media discussions. On the other hand, since WildBrain took over, there has been noticeable discontent among viewers about how our favorite characters are now animated. There is a dip in quality animation we were expecting to get, what once was frame by frame is now cheaply made puppet animation.

We understand that changes are sometimes necessary for growth or improvement but believe this particular change does not serve those purposes, it feels like a cheep turn around. We urge those responsible for making such decisions to reconsider their choice and restore FlyingBark as the animation studio for Monkie Kid.

Not only can we see that cheep shortcuts and studio changes for budget cuts do not go well with fans, but it worsens the love for the show many people once had, it’s a horribly unwise decision to change studios, and even if we have to wait longer I think most people would be okay with that just to get their beloved animation back.
