It's been four years since Robert Spottswood and Marriott Beachside agents George Galvan, Lane Wilder, David Talpasz and Danny Galvan (Island Fencing) began the process of illegally annexing a decades old public beach, trying to cover it up and getting various corrupt City Government officials to support their outright theft of public property from the public.

We're here to remind them that not only have we not forgotten what they did, but we're letting everyone who will listen know that these individuals went to almost every length  - committed misdemeanor and felony perjury on multiple occasions and not only repeatedly harassed and threatened, but also maliciously retaliated against those who exposed their lies -  to stop exposure of the Spottswood & agents' deception in their act of robbing the public of a cherished recreational area.

During the Discovery portion of their bogus felony case against one of the protestors of the fence, the attached document from Feb. 2020 came to light - Spottswood & Agents, without permits and in violation of several Florida Statutes and Key West City policies clearly attempted all along to quietly hide their illegal annexation of Dinghy Beach "this price is for coverage basically to hide the fence".

With no permit and in violation of Florida State laws - Spottswood & agents knew EXACTLY what they were doing was wrong and yet did everything they could to cover it up - including not only lying to public officials, but getting them to go in on the Con too...
