Despite repeated attempts requesting investigation into- and confirmation receipt of- the multiple misdemeanor and felony perjuries complaints against Marriott Beachside/Spottswood agents George Galvan (former Marriott Beachside GM, now Spottswood Companies, Inc. "Senior Hospitality Consultant"), David Talpasz (Marriott Beachside Operation Manager), Lane Wilder (Marriott Beachside Maintenance Manager Monkey) and Danny Galvan (Island Fencing Owner) to State Attorney Dennis Ward and his office, there has been NO response (like we kinda figured, right?, 'cause the laws don't apply to the entitled few...)

On Friday, the final request was sent to Mr. Ward and his office for official receipt and investigation request in this matter before this proceeds further*. 

"Good morning Mr. Ward, Ms. High and Ms. Balazs,

I am following-up on my inquiry to you/the SAO office concerning your receipt of my official complaints (and exhibits) against G. Galvan, D. Talpasz, L. Wilder and D. Galvan in their multiple misdemeanor and felony crimes against my person. Despite several attempts, I have not received answer from you in this matter. As it currently looks, your office appears to - unethically - only concern itself for the slights against certain entitled locals and not for those whom those certain entitled locals have damaged, and I'd like to give your office an opportunity to correct this image before I proceed further* in this matter. 

The issue concerning the crimes these Marriott/Spottswood agents committed (as detailed in my complaints) WAS NOT addressed during the charges against my person, WAS NOT addressed in the Pretrial Intervention and this issue rests firmly in the hands of your office as these multiple misdemeanor and felony crimes fall completely in your jurisdiction for you to prosecute. In fact, "discovery" during the case against me exposed the lies and criminal deceit these Marriott/Spottswood Company agents partook in against me. Additionally, information has also surfaced that shows your office has continuously supported these Marriott/Spottswood agent's efforts to retaliate against my person in their pursuit of wrongfully acquiring public property and attempting to cover-up their illegal and unethical deeds and that information has been ignored also. I find it appalling that your office continues to appear to be acting in a - highly unethical - manner not only in these issues, but also by your - Mr. Ward - taking the time to make false statements to others, including the Press, in this matter while not taking the time to address the issue with me personally or provide me with the information which you are obligated to produce.

Again, as a victim of the above-listed men's egregious crimes, I am hereby making an Official Request of Record for confirmation from your office that the criminal complaint documents against the Marriott agents - G. Galvan, D. Talpasz, L. Wilder and D. Galvan, were received in the SAO Office, and I would also like an update as to whether you intend to investigate these complaints.

Thank you for your time and attention to this matter, I look forward to your prompt reply."

Certainly looking like State Attorney Dennis Ward has Lady Justice working only for the entitled Spottswoofs and their agents and not those they commit criminal acts against, doesn't it? And by ignoring official FOIA requests and multiple misdemeanor and felony crimes, they think this will all go away quietly...

Dennis Ward is up for re-election next year. Just sayin'.
