Robert Spottswood continues to demand protester charged wrongfully with a felony theft of the Dinghy Beach fence apologize for protesting March 2020 - June 2022 against the Marriott's & his unpermitted/illegal placement of the fence, exposing his & Marriott Beachside management's lies to both the City and the Key West Police Department and for "tarnishing his reputation" 

1.) Mary Spottswood, Bobby's daughter-in-law and spokesperson for this case, has refused to accept the protester's apology for the moving of the fence during the Summer 2021 Bi-annual NCKBA Beach/Mangroves cleanup, and still demands the protester apologize for the events of almost two years prior not related to the case

2.) The protester refuses to commit perjury in apologizing for outing Spottswood's deceit and illegal annexation of Dinghy Beach and supporting Marriott Beachside management's lies to the KWPD in this matter

3.) Court is held MONDAY, MAY 8th - WEDNESDAY 10th, Monroe County Court House, Key West, Judge Mark Jones - 09:00 for those who wish to attend.

The petition is still open, as the City left the possibility of the City requesting the property back if enough people requested the beach be returned and there was demand for it's use. It probably won't happen until #ImpeachCommissionerHoover and her Bubba-buddy Spottswoof-lover cohorts are gone, but until then, it will continue to be a reminder that we see their corruption, we know what they're doing and for whom they are doing it. #RestoreDinghyBeach
