Now that Restore Island Rail is a society, we will be showing up in person to answer people's questions. We'll be taking on members and sponsors too!  With the ultimate goal of having the tracks restored, we will continue to educate the public on what a revitalized railway on Vancouver Island could mean for our future.

As time goes on and more people join in to engage the public about what we could gain or, god forbid, lose, we will advertise those events to subscribers.  I try to keep the number of petition updates to a minimum, so I feel sending event invites to petition signers as the pace picks up would be too much.  So please sign up!
