The NDP and Conservative party ignore Vancouver Island's needs. 

On page 29 of the BC Green platform Sonia Furstenau commits to convene a roundtable with Indigenous, Federal, Regional and Municipal Governments to determine next steps to bring back rail to Vancouver Island.

I personally sent my document "Vancouver Island Rail Project - The Last Opportunity" to every party vying to become the next BC Government, and that document includes the very real risk that $300 to $750 million of our tax dollars will be spent to decommission the railway if it's not funded toot sweet.
