This petition calls for The People's Right to call for a Vote of No Confidence against their representatives, and calls to action the first People's Vote of No Confidence against all those who currently claim to represent the spirit of the American People. This includes all elected officials serving in the United States Senate, the House of Representatives, as well as the Presidency and its Cabinet.

America is a nation united by the promise of Liberty and Justice for all. ​Yet, it is clear that deep division within the federal government of the United States of America has divided the people of the nation. While our government is one of debate and compromise, we have for too long witnessed the degradation of our systems and values. It is the people who grant the authority vested within our government, and it is the people who must safeguard the integrity of that authority.

Our living constitution is being poisoned, and our American values eroded. The rights of the people have been infringed upon by a corrupt federal government. The interests of oppressors have gripped our resources and undermine the integrity of our nation. We are seeing a federal government increasingly unresponsive to the public and increasingly disconnected from the spirit of liberty. 

With my signature of this petition, I support a motion to enact the People's Vote of No Confidence and to pursue an Amendment to the Constitution of the United States of America that grants every constituent the right to petition a formal claim of no confidence against their elected representative in the United States Congress.​
