In November 2020, four more states voted to legalize cannabis, including our neighbors in New Jersey. Governor Cuomo and New York state lawmakers have voiced their strategy for taking a legislative approach to legalization and have drafted potential plans for legalization in New York State - we want to voice our support for a collaborative approach to this legislation. With current budget shortfalls and growing public approval for legalization, we believe that 2021 should be the year for cannabis legalization in New York.

We believe in the safe decriminalization of marijuana.

We believe in the legalization of adult recreational cannabis use and its sale.

We believe in the responsible industrialization of the state’s cannabis sector, lobbying for a marketplace that values equity, inclusion, and small entrepreneurship over profit.

The Hudson Valley region is particularly ripe for the growth and sale of adult recreational marijuana, joining our region's other cash crops and contributing new jobs, as well as increased retail and tourism revenue to our region's businesses and communities.
