W San Carlos Chick-fil-A Going to Director's Hearing

The CoSJ has provided the following notice:

Hello everyone,

Please be aware that File No. H24-046, the Site Development Permit for the Chick-fil-A project at 1301 W San Carlos and 249-263 Race Street has been scheduled for consideration at Director’s Hearing on

June 11, 2025 at 9:00 a.m.

for a decision on the project. Director’s Hearings are currently Zoom only, with no in-person component. This meeting will be available at the following link:

The draft permit for the item will be available not less than one week before the hearing, as linked from the agenda page. This will be posted at https://www.sanjoseca.gov/your-government/departments-offices/planning-building-code-enforcement/planning-division/commissions-hearings-and-developers-roundtable/planning-director-hearings/planning-director-s-hearing-agendas-minutes under the agenda for June 11.

At this time, I would request that any comments submitted to me include planningsupportstaff@sanjoseca.gov. Additionally, at this stage, I will be saving comment for the record, but I will not be responding to comments generally, unless there are questions for me to respond, or if we find there are gross inaccuracies in a comment.
