One in particular concerns a creator who lost over €250 in VCOIN, which had been locked for over 60 days. She submitted several tickets. It seemed resolved, but after a few payments, she received no response, not even for the W8-BEN documents. The rest of the funds were ignored. She also had problems with messaging: she could no longer view her own requests. The VCOIN remained in the "Request Pending" status. The creator states: “I worked, I apologized politely, I followed every rule. I was ignored. I think it's time to leave this platform.” Meanwhile, IMVU continues to publicly promote creators. But it doesn't pay them privately. Another story concerns an 18-year-old creator with pancreatic cancer. She loved creating kawaii heads and NFTs, like many others in the community. IMVU was her refuge, her only means of income. She submitted 10 tickets in 5 months. No response. SHAME. Uphold stopped responding. IMVU stopped caring. It's not just about money. It's about dignity. We're not alone. Many creators are facing delays, silence, and policies that are harmful to those who create original content. We're furious: we can't even gift a pair of shoes or accessories to a friend. Bugs everywhere. Absurd limits. Everything is getting worse. The new 20% cap affects those who created meshes from scratch, while those who made minimal derivatives have already earned enough.
