Thanks for all your support over the past 4 years. We have secured historic designation for the 7 lots of the FBCV properties! Los Angeles City Council voted Wednesday to grant First Baptist Church Of Venice cultural-historic designation.This is a major accomplishment that protects the First Baptist Church of Venice from any predatory, gentrification promoting development projects. However, there is still more work to be done to put the properties back into the hands of the Historic Black Community of Venice, CA. which you can stay tuned at https://savevenice.ca/ Thanks for being a part of our defensive action to save the historic properties!
