Let’s start with some good news — it seems our petition is making a difference, and NetEase has finally started to take action. On November 19, players began reporting that they could find matches in the Dueling Club above a rating of 7250. Many players report that matchmaking has returned to normal for them.

However, we cannot say that the issue has been fully resolved. Some players are still experiencing significant problems finding matches. While it's now possible to find matches above a rating of 7250, queue times for some players can exceed 10–15 minutes. We hope this is just the beginning of NetEase’s efforts to resolve this issue, and that they will continue improving the matchmaking system until it reaches the level it was at before September 17. Additionally, the issue with the Fearless Grand Master achievement remains unresolved.
