I am a student at Basundhra Teachers Training College in Muzaffarpur, Bihar, affiliated with Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar Bihar University (BRABU) Muzaffarpur. I am writing to bring to attention a distressing issue that is putting my education at stake.

I am currently pursuing a 4-year integrated B.Ed course (BSc BEd) for the session 2022-26. My registration number is 405101107900622, and my university roll number is 1263. I faced a challenge when I was promoted in the 4th semester specifically in the Professional Paper - Knowledge and Curriculum. To clear this, I appeared for a re-examination alongside students from the session 2023-27. The result of the said session was uploaded online, yet I am unable to retrieve my result, adding to my academic worries.

This is not the first time my marksheet has been lost in procedural complications. Previously, my 4th semester marksheet was not properly processed by the university, which also delayed my academic progress.

It is crucial for me to resolve these issues promptly. Failure to fetch my exam results and clear my backlog impedes my eligibility for the upcoming 8th semester exams. Being able to advance in my course is vital not only for me but for my future teaching career. Without resolution, the delays threaten to prolong my academic journey, affecting my morale and professional aspirations.

I appeal to the relevant authorities at BRABU Muzaffarpur to look into this problem urgently. Implementing a more robust and perhaps digitalized system for result processing can prevent such situations and help students access their academic records smoothly. Streamlining communication channels between faculty and administration will also ensure students' grievances are addressed quickly.
