My fellow Canadians,

Canada is a proud country, a Country founded in Respect, Dignity and Honour, with a storied history of a lifetime of service, to not just serving ourselves but also sharing our compassion and empathy throughout the globe.

In saying that Canada itself has always been a country rooted in tradition and core fundamentals values, values that we as a society, understand and respect throughout our nation. In saying that, our core of who we are as a nation is fundamentally cracking under the sheer weight of the current global political climate. We are losing our way, losing what Canadians value most and that is—each other. 

Now I would encourage each and every person who reads this petition to allow themselves to step outside their political bias, we all have it! It defines who we are as people and it’s difficult to ask people to change their view of how they want the world to be shaped. 

But let’s be completely honest

Does Justin Trudeau really value us? 

I watched, as I’m sure many Canadians did, our Prime Minister get on stage shortly after the resignation of our Deputy Prime Minister and say that he loves Canadians.

But does he love them enough to listen? 

Democracy is the forefront of our nation and the reality of the situation is that we have a Federal Government that is no longer working in the best interests of Canadians.

Across all corners of our political spectrum.

The loudest voices in the room is ours.

Those words etched in our national anthem mean something or at least it used too?

Record inflation

No jobs

Immigration crisis

1.1 Trillion in national debt

Impending Trump tariffs

Over taxation

Underfunded military

Housing Crisis 

1 in 4 Canadian households turning to food banks

 

If our country was a business it would have filed for bankruptcy, and if this country was your business you would have fired the manager and replaced them with someone more competent.

The time has come Canada to fire our manager. 
I am not telling you who to vote for because I do not believe there is a single politician who will put the needs of Canadians back on the table. 

However we need to try, almost 10 years of this Government, a Government that I myself voted for has failed us all. 

The time to act is now.
