Thanks in no small part to the over 7200 people that have signed, it would appear that for the time being my neighbor has decided to not proceed further with his claims in court.  Yesterday we received a note from his attorney indicating to some degree that while the level of community support was touching, they still felt like his private rights were being infringed upon, but that they would move forward from here and asked us to be mindful of people that come by and watch and ask them as much as possible to keep their radios down and be considerate, which we have always done.  SO THANK YOU! to the many who signed and the offers of support, to local attorney Mark Arthur and his lovely wife Hume, and to the thousand of others who signed and passed this on to everyone.  I certainly never knew it would travel as far and wide as it has and I am thankful for that.  I hope that you all have a very Merry Christmas!  If you can stop by and see the lights, they are smaller this year, but still tons of fun!
