I attached the letter....I measured the light that is emitted at the street tonight from my show....it is 0.0 FOOT CANDLES.....even if this was governed under a ordinance (its not), it is well below the threshold of any lighting requirement.  The music is only audible on a radio in your car.  The street light in front of his house is 2.8 foot candles....you be the judge : )...Thanks to all and Merry Christmas!!!  The display will be on in some fashion tomorrow evening at dusk.  Thank you all!
