The developers of the Flamingo 640 project have requested a hearing with the County Planning Commission some time next month. THIS IS A CRITICAL STEP FOR THE DEVELOPERS AND A CRUCIAL MOMENT FOR US AS A COMMUNITY TO FIGHT IT both in person in San Bernardino as well as a remote viewing place in Joshua Tree. Keep your eyes open for updates here, and we will let everyone know the date and time of the meeting and notes as we receive them from community organizers and representatives. We will also post talking points and comments so we can send them to the planning commissioner whether or not you are based here in the high desert.  Thank you.
