If you live, work or travel through the area, take into account that Honeydale Mall, The old Foodbasics and Metro distribution are set to be turned into a mixed condo development with several condo towers that would stretch from Shorncliffe to the 427. Now picture the development Quadreal is looking at doing to Cloverdale Mall with the towers they are wanting to build there. If you use East Mall, West Mall, Dundas, 427, or any other streets in and around this area like Bloor, etc, you will see a massive increase in traffic. Transit will also have to move very quickly to compensate and this will not happen for some time. Expect many more delays and issues to happen in the neighborhood. Please let's help get this trending and show Quadreal that we support Cloverdale Mall staying put not just for the sake of the congestion, but for the historic value of this site.
