Ask questions or speak before the plan commission vote!

Another change:  You will be able to speak tomorrow before a decision is made and we urge you to do so!  Register by noon tomorrow, Monday, August 3rd to ask questions and/or speak during the single “public comment” period of the meeting by following this link and scroll to Provide Public Comment:  https://www.woodridgeil.gov/my_government/community_development/plan_commission_considerations.php

Ask questions of the developer, like:  “Why did you disregard best practices and position dock doors facing residents instead of Lemont Rd.?”  “Knowing this project will greatly endanger the community’s health, property values, quality of life, and more, why does CA Ventures disregard social responsibility?”

Ask questions of the plan commission, like:  “Can you in good conscience vote for a project that will physically harm your residents and lower the value of their homes?”  “Why do we have zoning ordinances if they are not followed?”
