In every statement of deficiency that Caldwell is involved in, if you go and actually read her comments and statements to the state you can tell that all she does is deflect and place blame on everyone but herself. She has yet to take accountability for anything in her role as an ED. Look at these numbers. Now tell me leadership isn’t the problem. Anything under a grade of 96 came under Caldwell’s leadership.
