Every action brings us one step closer, and we can't do this without you. The residents in The Landings Of Swansboro did not receive dinner until almost 8pm tonight due to the lack of kitchen staff. What will be done about it. Residents continue to miss critical scheduled medications that could be detrimental to their health and well being. The longer it takes for NCDHHS to take action the more systemic challenges will continue. We are planning a meeting to discuss problematic concerns with the facility in the ballpark directly across the street from the facility.
