Do you know what a hypocrite is? A hypocrite is someone who acts in contradiction to their stated beliefs. On 4/2/2026 Caldwell maliciously filed a false 24/5 initial report against me to Onslow County DSS and the NC healthcare registry claiming to have been made aware of my falsifying documentation at 1pm in the afternoon. This was not true or proven. She tried to ruin my healthcare in retaliation and this is not ok! I will forever stand up to bullies! Caldwell accused me of the very thing that she does on a regular basis with the help of other healthcare providers and professionals, fraud and falsifying documentation! Thank God the lie was unfounded and unsubstantiated. Would you trust Caldwell to continue to oversee care of your loved ones?
