EMAIL CAMPAIGN STARTS TODAY!  FOR THE LOVE OF CORNVILLE!  ALL SUPPORTERS WELCOME TO JOIN!

Yavapai County approved for construction the 100 foot 10-story high 4G/5G cell tower proposed at the mouth of Cornville Valley behind the Post Office.

More towers will be coming since this one doesn’t even get indoor service to Lower Oak Creek or South Page Springs or other dead spots of Cornville.

County chose not to hold applicants to the full letter of Sections 605 and 401 of the Code’s checklists or to protect Cornville’s rural ways of life, property assets, and environmental resources as Section 605 legislates and allows.   Our Memorandum in Opposition, filed on 12/23/2022, charted a legal pathway for them, which they ignored.

The People of Cornville now face greater fire risk to the Valley because towers can spark fires; injury from falling debris from so close a tower to the PO and Mercantile, and our mesas, wildlife, and Creek will be needlessly blasted with indoor levels of radiation they won’t be signing up for.  Our young children at Desert Star are also in the blast zone, not 700’ away.  Injured wild birds at Running N Wild, too.

Let us email them for the love of Cornville today and every day for the next 10 days:

“You sold Cornville and its People and Wildlife short when you approved PLA21-000132 as is."
