Hello all, Its a moral victory of sorts as ICICI bank has finally given in and have said they are issuing a debit card to my colleague KK. Whilst there are banks out there like HDFC Canara Bank doing their best to incorporate the directive then the question arises that why cant the other banks also can work towards the same in making the directive a nationwide standard.
