An update on my Case yesterday is my attorney attended a Calendar Call to Reopen Evidence of several different things, especially my Parental Fitness/Psychological Evaluation I took and passed with flying colors. On August 16th, Judge McThenia stated she didn't "believe" the Psychologist had all of the "information" necessary to conduct a thorough evaluation and ordered me to take a SECOND ONE AND PAY ANOTHER $5,000.00!!!!! It is Corruption at it's finest in order to allow her to continue keeping my suffering son in his father's home and custody!! Yesterday at the Calendar Call, Judge McThenia REFUSED to give my attorney a court date to Reopen this evidence so I could get my son back, be completely validated of my behavior and NOT have to take a second evaluation. She stated she wouldn't give us a court date until January!!!!! Yet, attorney Steven DeCillis files Motions for me to pay child support and all of his attorney fees as his client hasn't paid him and Judge McThenia sets a date immediately!!! This must stop! Please sign this Petition to make the Senators, Governor, Mayor and other individuals understand how urgent this issue is.
