On Wednesday 29th November at 12.30pm, OVO Hydro announced that a new show would be added for the Girls Aloud tour, meaning fans attending Taylor Swift at Murrayfield on Saturday 9th June now have the opportunity to see Girls Aloud. Now, my friends and I can go see Taylor Swift on the Saturday and Girls Aloud on the Sunday. This is feminism in action and I’m sure the Suffragrettes (RIP) would be proud of us. We are the happiest girlies in all the land, even though the tickets cost £100 and we’re skint now. Following the success of this petition, I’m considering starting one to get Avril Lavigne to come to Scotland, as she is playing in Manchester and Cardiff next year. Time will tell.
