🚨 DV-2027 UPDATE: WE HAVE NEW COURT-ORDERED DEADLINES, BUT OUR PETITION IS NOT OVER!
We finally have some movement! Following Judge Jinsook Ohta's October 14, 2026 ruling, the court granted an extension establishing new deadlines for the DV-2027 Green Card Lottery:
📅 October 29, 2026: State Department must announce registration details and eligibility requirements.
📅 November 1, 2026: Deadline to open DV-2027 registration for 30 days.
📅 December 3, 2026: Deadline to notify selected applicants.
But here's why our petition still matters!
A court order is progress, but we still need to see the State Department follow through! Thousands of hopeful applicants are waiting for clear instructions and the opportunity to participate.
