🚨 MAJOR DV-2027 UPDATE: THE JUDGE HAS RULED! ⚖️

We finally have some encouraging news concerning the DV-2027 Diversity Visa Lottery! :)

Today, Judge Jinsook Ohta of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California granted a preliminary injunction ordering the U.S. Department of State to move forward with the DV-2027 program!

According to the judge's original written order, the State Department must publicly announce the DV-2027 registration dates no later than midnight Eastern Time on October 15, 2026, through its official website.

The announcement must include the registration opening and closing dates, the official application website, and the requirements for participating in the program.

The original order also directs the State Department to open registration for 30 days and process entries according to applicable laws and procedures.

Please understand that DV-2027 registration is NOT confirmed open yet! The deadlines may also be affected by subsequent court orders, so we are waiting for official confirmation from the State Department.

As an immigration attorney, I started this petition because people around the world deserve clear information and a fair opportunity to participate in the DV-2027 program.
