Dear signatories -- we appreciate your support and would like to harness it in creating a legal organisation called the Real Cafés Campaign. This would represent the views of users of the Heath, Queens Wood and Highgate and take the form of a new CIC (Community Interest Company). This company could even take over ownership of the five cafés from the existing operators and negotiate with the City of London Corporation. Just thinking out loud but how would you react to the idea?
