the welcoming pages avoid using sex specific language 

lots of “you” and one “expectant parent”  on the forms they avoid using sex specific language 

at least it hasn’t got “pregnant people” yet so why are research teams deciding for “pregnant women and pregnant people”

why is it so difficult to just say pregnant women and mothers?
