Ensuring all transportation-related facilities provide clean and accessible washrooms can mitigate these risks and recognize the dignity of truck drivers who keep our supply chains moving.

We urge the transportation and logistics industries, alongside local and federal authorities, to enforce a policy that requires all shipper and receiver facilities to offer proper washroom facilities for truck drivers. This can include implementing standardized sanitation guidelines and conducting regular inspections to ensure compliance.
