Update on court today. (NY- RE: CHILD SUPPORT). Horrible. I stayed up through the whole night to gather the enormous amount of evidence that I have & I wrote a VERY LENGHTY statement. I wanted it to be written cohesively & I wanted to get all of the MAJOR terrible events through the years stated. I figured, whether I'm allowed to read it or not, it will be submitted with the evidence for someone to hopefully read. I got about one hour of sleep this morning, right before court began, via telephone.
I called in on time & was told to wait for a little while because my ex hadn't called in yet. (Here we go...) A little while later, the judge puts me back on & says that he's a no show. I said, "What else is new. Countless court no shows through the years- and not once arrested for it." I then said, "Now what?" She said something to the effect of, 'I will have him served again. I'm giving you a court date for September 24th. If he is properly served & found to be living at that address, and he doesn't show up for the next court date, he 'could be' arrested.'
I LOST IT.
She was actually VERY SYMPATHETIC. She was very nice and WAY NICER and more understanding than ANY MORRIS COUNTY JUDGE HAS EVER BEEN TO ME. She allowed me to go off. (I didn't swear, but I really lost it). I was actually able to get out the most important elements to this saga, which I'm grateful for. She definitely seemed to get it. But, that was that. Court over.
I just don't understand how evil keeps winning and how this man gets away with m*rder.
I still intend to file another emergency motion this week in Morris County. I put that off this past week because of this court appearance.
MEANWHILE, all this week, more harassing emails from my ex-husband's fiancé. Filled with lies & disgusting put downs & also stating MORE TIMES that the total amount owed of child support is going to my son. I sent it all in as evidence this morning. And also to my caseworkers.
I also have good reason to believe strongly that my ex-husband is living with his fiancé in Maywood, NJ.
The first time she emailed me (I had no idea that she even existed), she gave me her name and phone number because she wanted to meet up to harm me. You can't make this up. So, along with her name, number & her email address, I found her pictures and address in a matter of five minutes. (Among other things). I was able to verify it- I won't say how here because I'm not as stupid as they are. As evil as they all are, they are just as dumb. I've been saying that for years. I gave all info regarding address and verification to my caseworkers weeks ago when it happened and as evidence this morning.
THIS MAKES THREE VERY GOOD ADDRESSES THAT THEY HAVE FOR MY EX-HUSBAND.
THE OTHER TWO ADDRESSES ARE: HIS PARENTS HOUSE IN NY- WHERE HE HAS RESIDED OFF & ON THROUGH EIGHTEEN YEARS...
AND HIS SISTER'S HOUSE IN MORRIS COUNTY, WHERE HE'S ALSO RESIDED- WITH HER & HER FAMILY- AND ITS ALSO HIS CHILDHOOD HOME. AND HIS SISTER HAS CUSTODY OF HIS OTHER CHILD.
*** BUT NO ONE CAN 'FIND' THIS GUY.
STILL NO ARREST. EVER- FOR NONPAYMENT.
HE CURRENTLY OWES 16.3K.
LET ME REITERATE AND SAY AGAIN-
THIS WHOLE YEAR WOULD NOT HAVE HAPPENED IF THE JUDGE HAD ORDERED THE TOTAL AMOUNT OWED, AT THE TRIAL LAST JULY, IN THE AMOUNT OF 11.2K.
HE ORDERED ZERO.

I WOULD STILL BE WITH MY SON.  
AND HE WOULD STILL BE SPEAKING TO ME.
AND THIS CONSTANT TORTURE AND TORMENT THAT I'M LIVING WITH EVERY SECOND OF MY DAY, WITHOUT MY BOY, WOULD HAVE NEVER HAPPENED.
LAST JULY, MY CASEWORKER & THE PROBATION OFFICER ON MY CASE HAD PROMISED ME THAT THEY WERE REQUESTING ALL OF IT TO BE PAID ASAP, IN A LUMP SUM- I HAVE THE EMAILS- BECAUSE OF WHAT TRANSPIRED LAST YEAR WITH MY EX WORKING FOR MONTHS & HIDING IT, GETTING PAID CASH, NOT PAYING ANYTHING & THEN (WHEN I DID THE DETECTIVE WORK) I GOT HIM ON VIDEO WORKING THERE - WITH AN ADMISSION- AFTER HE LIED TO THEM- ALONG WITH THE PICTURE FROM THEIR OWN FACEBOOK BUSINESS PAGE FROM MONTHS PRIOR, OF HIM WORKING THERE, AND EVEN MORE EVIDENCE....
THEY DID NOTHING OF THE SORT.
