Hi everyone. Court tomorrow regarding child support- in NY. If you pray, please pray for me. I will be up all night tonight gathering years of evidence & submitting it- yet again, to another judge. Its extremely overwhelming. As the years go by & nothing is ever done in NJ, the evidence against my ex piles up to be such a ridiculous amount, that the judges don't even let me talk long enough to explain all of the many horrible stories. I am hoping for a judge tomorrow that has compassion & truly sees this for what it is. And even if I get a win- and the judge orders all of it to be paid in a short time span- I still have to go through the battle in NJ now, because of the new NJ judge that put a 'hold' on any payments made going forward. (From 7/18/25). No payments yet- ofcourse. And I will state again, if the total amount- which is over 16.2K- is ordered to be paid in full, within a few days (as it should be), I am totally FINE with my son getting the amount owed from last August up until present & going forward- since we were forced to live apart. (Which had EVERYTHING to do with this matter, especially when we had a child support trial last July & the judge ordered ZERO to be paid- KNOWING THAT WE HAD JUST BEEN EVICTED- AND KNOWING & SEEING THE EVIDENCE AT THAT TIME OF MY EX WORKING FOR MONTHS FOR CASH & HIDING IT & NOT PAYING & LYING TO CHILD SUPPORT ABOUT IT- UP UNTIL I GOT THE VIDEO OF HIM WHILE WORKING & THE PICTURE OF HIM WORKING THERE FROM THEIR OWN FACEBOOK BUSINESS PAGE, TIMESTAMPED MONTHS PRIOR. AT THAT TRIAL, HE OWED OVER 11K). YOU KNOW THE REST OF THE STORY. STILL NO ARREST- EVER- FOR NONPAYMENT OF SUPPORT. EVEN WITH A COURT ORDER FOR A BENCH WARRANT TO BE ISSUED IF HE MISSES ONE PAYMENT. AND EVEN MORE EVIDENCE NOW, WHICH IS DETAILED IN THIS PETITION AND MY UPDATES.
