So, update on some information. In addition to signing this petition, it is recommended that you also send a formal complaint to colwoodrequests@onni.com. Head office is tracking this situation (all the way up to the VP). You’ll get the classic canned response of “we are investigating the issue” but, rest assured, they actually are this time. I have it on good authority 😉.
