Tell your experiences of abuse to the people who have the powers and the resources to make the change. Please be an advocate for your child and let their voices be heard. Our children deserve to be kept safe. Not enough evidence in not acceptable. Dr. Mary Ellis gave an update at the last meeting. She assured us that she is not dragging her feet on this. Legalities are being looked into, privacy is being looked into, safety commity and technical commity will meet and discuss. Digital cameras have to be switched over to IP cameras. She stated that funding is going to be an issue. We had a new parent speak up and Mr. Bonney did an awesome job expressing his concerns of their sons abuse while in school. We remain positive and will continue to lobby for cameras in special education classrooms. Thank you for your support.
