Motorcycle Accident on Don Shula Expressway

Sadly I would like to report that there was a fatal motorcycle accident that occurred early morning on the Don Shula Expressway. I do not know if he/she wore a helmet but I do know that they struck a cement truck which caused tje motorcycle to catch on fire and then cause the operator to die on scene. This is the reason why I need you guys to notify law makers about this.
