Help 911 Dispatchers gain First Responder status. I've heard quite a few arguments over this simple move and I just can't understand why some think dispatchers are just "clerical" workers. I challenge those that argue against it to answer a call and "Listen" and know what is happening regardless of what they may think they hear. I think they are First Responders and should be recognized as such.
