Landowner pushing back

Alderman Brian Hopkins received the letter below (jpg is the only kind of file I was able to upload). Please read all the way through. At the end of the letter, the landowner states that the parcel the fronts Webster had a zoning change with "no issues." There were no issues because the community was not notified. This morning Precision Demolition was on the 1309 Belden parcel, but were sent away due to several neighbors calling the Alderman's office. Thank you! We will keep you updated.
