Please support the cause for validity of roadtax for private vehicles across India

With India growing, the employed will need to move from one place to another across India. Every time, we change places, it becomes expensive, inconvenient proposition to pay tax in new state and claim from the leaving state. In current times, it takes more than two years to get return from leaving state and some RTAs tell openly to forget getting any return. Request govt to make one time roadtax for private vehicles valid across India.
