So recently, it was discovered that McArdle had a meeting with Trump at Mar-a-Lago, and despite that she paid for her own trip there, she did not reveal if she went there under business as LNC chair or under her own personal agenda.

Also, she has been abusing her position as Chair to continue to call any motion to rescind the RFK Jr. joint funding agreement due to how he suspended his campaign and endorsed Trump. Recently, LNC Treasurer Bill Redpath attempted to co-sponsor LNC Secretary Caryn Ann Harlos's motion to rescind the RFK JFC, but McArdle told him he can't and the motion was out of order.

The only thing out of order is the Chair herself. This abuse of the LNC position is another strong reason that she must either be removed or resign.

Last night, Mrs. Harlos held her personal podcast on the whole LPCO debacle over, and discussed every legal thing that has been done on her part as well as clarified certain points that seems to be either overlooked or taken out of context by her opponents.

At one point before the livestream ended, she said that the LNC Chair is not the highest power in the party. The highest power in the party is the Libertarian Party Bylaws and the delegation at convention.

As members and supporters of the LP, we cannot let an out of line Chair continue to ignore our bylaws and go by her own rules. Please continue to share the petition! It is our right as members and supporters of the LP to take a stand against an authoritarian chair like McArdle.
