Request Scopely to move Arc Falls back to Tuesdays
The Issue
Star Trek Fleet Command has been an exceptional experience for avid fans and gamers alike. For many of us, the highlight always used to be the eagerly awaited Arc Falls, typically scheduled on Tuesdays. However, recently, the decision was made to shift these events to Thursdays, and while it might seem like a minor change, it has significantly impacted the overall dynamic and enjoyment of the game.
Tuesdays worked seamlessly into our weekly schedules. Having the Arc Falls early in the week allowed us plenty of time to engage with the content at a comfortable pace, avoiding the stress and time crunch of trying to fit everything into the later part of the week. Moreover, the earlier schedule provided a crucial window for identifying and addressing any potential issues in the game. If bugs or glitches emerged, both players and the Scopely developers had ample time to iron them out well before the busy weekend.
Aside from technical and scheduling benefits, returning Arc Falls to Tuesdays aligns with when many of us are most able to participate fully in the game. This previously allowed both casual and competitive players to enjoy new content without the added pressure that late-week events often bring.
This request is not just a matter of convenience; it's about optimizing the gaming experience for a significant portion of the Star Trek Fleet Command community. The well-paced introduction of content was a huge factor in maintaining player enthusiasm and engagement, which benefits both players and developers alike.
We understand that logistical considerations go into the timing of game events, but the evidence is clear: Tuesdays were simply better for the Arc Falls event. By reconsidering the schedule change to Thursdays, Scopely has the opportunity to enhance player satisfaction and loyalty.
We urge Scopely to reflect on this decision and reinstate Tuesday Arc Falls. It's a shift that would be in the best interest of the entire community. Please sign this petition if you, too, wish for the return of Tuesday Arc Falls in Star Trek Fleet Command. Your support can make a real difference.
