Hello everyone,
First, thank you again for standing with us and supporting this petition. Your voices continue to make a difference. We want to share a quick update: our team is still actively monitoring the Orlando City Council and various government agencies regarding issues impacting downtown Orlando. At this time, we are not seeing the matter being pursued further, but we will remain vigilant and keep you informed.
ORLANDO CROSSWALKS
We also want to acknowledge the broader fight for visibility across Florida. From efforts at the state level to erase the Pulse memorial and rainbow crosswalks, we know the challenges are real. That’s why we came together with the Orlando Rainbows Chalk the Walk campaign, a grassroots pushback that filled our streets with color and love when others tried to take it away. Your support has shown that our community will not be silenced or erased - thank you for all the rainbows showing up around town and lets keep fighting together for more displays of public art celebrating all of our various communities in Orlando that make this such a wonderful city to live in!
ORLANDO PRIDE 2025
In the meantime, we’re channeling our energy into something joyful celebrating our community during Orlando Pride 2025! Anthem Orlando has officially been named the Official Pride Party Venue, and we have a FULL WEEKEND lineup of events and celebrations including our Orlando Pride Official Events including Friday Pride Kickoff Party, Saturday Pride Parade Party, Saturday Pride Block Party, Sunday Pride Drag Brunch with the First Diva of Downtown Darcel Stevens, and our Sunday Pride Closing Party You can see the full schedule here:

We’re especially thrilled to announce Orlando’s first-ever Pride Block Party on Saturday, October 18th, starting at 6 PM right outside Anthem. We are anticipating over 2,500+ attendees filling downtown with love, music, and Pride energy. Expect major headliner DJs and entertainers to light up the night, including:
