As individuals strongly believing in justice and the rule of law, we have witnessed a serious violation of constitutional rights. Markeith Loyd, an individual like any other, deserves a fair and impartial trial, which is the cornerstone of our legal system. However, Markeith's rights were seemingly compromised by Judge Leticia Marques handling of his cases. It appears that vital evidence, amounting to hundreds of items, was not presented to the jury in either case,like the CSI BULLET PATH REPORT and blood evidence gathered by their investigators,potentially influencing the proceedings and verdict unfairly. As you read this petition she actively won't allow Mr.Loyd to represent himself and we all know that's your basic right as a defendant.
