I am a resident of Minnesota, USA and wrestling has played a significant role in my life. It helped me stay sober and provided an alternative to being out at parties on Friday nights. Wrestling is not just entertainment for me; it's a lifeline.

However, our local television station, Fox9, often chooses to air hockey games or World Series baseball instead of Smackdown Live when it airs at 7pm. This decision affects many wrestling fans like myself who rely on this program for more than just entertainment.

Wrestling is popular in our community with thousands tuning in every week. According to Nielsen ratings, WWE SmackDown averaged 2.542 million viewers (source: Sports Media Watch), demonstrating the significant interest in this program.

We understand that other sports have their audience too but we believe that there should be a balance in programming that caters to all interests. We are asking Fox9 to reconsider their scheduling decisions and prioritize airing Smackdown Live when it airs at 7 pm instead of replacing it with other programs. Especially considering it's the only place to watch WWE Smackdown.. we have no other way to watch, if you live in the Minneapolis area.. you're forced to wait to see as the rest of the nation gets to watch live.
